The vehicle body (3) forms a closed interior, and has variable dimensions. It consists of a lower section (3'), and an upper section (3"), which is vertically movable relative to the lower one. The lower section consists of a base (2) and at least two rigid wall sections (5), which in a first axial direction are retractable relative to the base. The upper section consists of an upper base (11) and at least two walls (12), which also consist of rigid elements. The walls are also movable in the first axial direction. The upper section is lifted/lowered by lifters (4). USE/ADVANTAGE - Can be altered in vertical and horizontal direction, body is rigid in transportation position and in camping position.
