The fibre reinforced injection moulded core (1) of the seat has an elongated, flat shell with downward opening. The core's underside had diagonal reinforcement ridges (3) in a grid. At the join between the core's underside and its sides (1a) are reinforcement angle pieces (5). The two narrow sides have each a hole (6) at right angles to the seat's plane for the swing's suspension pieces. The seat cladding (2) consists of a moulded flat, soft elastic rubber cap the underside of which is congruent with the top of the core. Each narrow side has a hole (6) matching the core holes. ADVANTAGE - The unbreakable swing seat has cladding which can be replaced when damaged without replacing the whole seat.
