The device comprises a radiation element that the two dipoles of different lengths are orthogonalized in a circular slot (1) with radius r formed on the upper grounding layer, and a power feed which couples the radiation element with a strip line separated by a dielectric of width h electromagnetically. The device has advantages which supresses the rise of side lobe level of the antenna, and makes it easy to design a feeder, and design and fabricate a plana antenna with high efficiency.
