The horizontally arranged sieve-type, permeable floor or intermediate floor, pref. a gas and/or fluid-permeable floor for e.g, a bio filter, a compositing plant, a pourable material or rubbish deposit is formed (4) of individually positionable floor plates (5,6). The floor plates are arranged on a base surface (2) via distance holders formed as legs (7). These legs (7) are formed as conically upwards or obelisk-type narrow formations. Each leg (7) on its upper free face surface for location of one or more floor plates (5,6) has a shaped connector which connects with a counter shape connector on the floor plates. Each leg (8) is hollow and moulded. Each floor plate (6) has air passage apertures on more than 30% of its surface and is formed from polymer concrete or reinforced plastics. USE/ADVANTAGE - Use for a bio filter, a compositing plant a pourable material or rubbish deposit. Eradicates waste air and seepage water.
