The appts. consists of a spectacle frame with glasses and a sealing bead (2) on frame, abutting sealingly the patient's face. At least one gas inlet tube (5) leads into the space between the spectacles and the patient's face. Pref. this space is divided into two chambers, each with the gas inlet tube. In each spectacle chamber are typically gas outlet apertures (7) such that a desired gas flow can be attained in the spectacles region. Tubes may be provided for the gas outlet. The sealing bead may be so formed that it permits a gas outlet. USE/ADVANTAGE - Gas treatment of eyes with increased blood circulation, with simple design and improved treatment.
