The apparatus simply eliminates the salvage of the coated copper by using a shear cutter positioned in the side of a steel wire guidance roller. The salvage elimination apparatus comprises shaft bearings (3a,3b,3c,3d) equidistantly positioned within two side frames (2,2') vertically fixed to a base frame (1); shafts (5a,5b,5c,5d) passing through a lower roller (4) between the shaft bearings (3a,3b,3c,3d); steel wire contact part (9a,9b,9c), positioned in the wall facing an upper roller (6) and the lower rollers (4,4'), having cutting parts (8,8'); bolts (11a,11b,11c) for managing the distance between the lower rollers (4,4'); plates (10,10') getting in contact with the bolts (11a,11b,11c).
