The fixing unit includes a PTC heating element (21) fitted in the recess of the holder (18), with the interposition of a thermally and electrically insulating element (23). A radiating plate (22) is fixed at the radiating surface of the PTC heating element (21), using an adhesive (25) with excellent heat conductivity. The surface of the radiation plate fixed at the PTC heating element surface is coated with an electrically insulating material (26) with excellent sliding ability. ADVANTAGE - Electrical and thermal contacts in fixing unit are improved, to give highly reliable fixing.
