<p>This method uses a processor (2) associated with a terminal (4, 5, 6), screen/control and acquisition keys, and with memories (3) containing the information relevant to the conduct of a flight, this processor (2) being connected to the equipment items (104) of the aircraft. It comprises the memory storage of information in a database and the supply of first means for making use of this information, the real-time acquisition, by the processor (2), of an event relating to the current situation of the aircraft, and the analysis of the new situation (102) engendered by the occurrence of this event; the preselection of the information on the database which is best adapted to the new situation and its classification in order of relevance, the supply of second means (105) for making use of the preselected information, the selection and the making use, by the operator, of one of the said means (105) for making use of the information.
