PURPOSE:To obtain a soil stabilizer economically by uniformly dispersing and also closely binding gypsum and organic sludge by a high-speed mixer. CONSTITUTION:Gypsum and/or organic slduge as the main raw materials are preliminarily dried in such a way that the total moisture content of all raw materials to be charged is 50% or less and then mixed together. Then, the mixture is uniformly dispersed and also closely bound by a high-speed fluidizing mixer, e.g., super mixer, etc. The drying of the foresaid organic sludge is performed down to the lower limit, 20%, of the moisture content, and the gypsum used includes natural gypsum and the by-product gypsum of flue gas desulfurization, etc., containing two mol of water of crystallization. Also, the organic sludge used includes excessive sludges generated from activated sludge process for industrial waste water and living waste water such as night soil. |
