A rotary fixture (26), such as a workpiece holder for machine tool, is mounted on a body (25) for rotational movement about an axis (x-x). A pin (23) is mounted in the spindle (22) of a machine tool which engages the fixture (26) at a location eccentric to the axis (x-x). The pin (23) is selectively moved relative to the axis (x-x) from one location to another to rotate the fixture from a first angular position to a second angular position.
