The bar consists of a profile (1-3) with mainly outwards convex front and rear boundary walls (3). From the front and rear edge regions of the profile top side (1) protrude angular or curved rods (4) with top end shanks (5) facing each other. A longitudinally open gap (6) is located between the free, opposing shank edges. Pref. the shanks have top flat faces located in one plane. The total width (b) of the top, flat faces of the shanks exceeds the half of the total width (B) of the load-bearing bar. The rod outer faces and the front and rear bar ends form a smooth transition.
