CONSTITUTION:The grain-oriented silicon steel sheet excellent in film properties and magnetic properties is characterized by having a primary film formed on the surface of a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet contg., by weight, 2.0 to 5.0% Si, and the balance substantial Fe at the time of secondary recrystallization annealing and of which main body is constituted of oxides contg. forsterite (Mg2SiO4) and Al, or oxides contg. forsterite, Al and Si. |
