PURPOSE:To provide a constitution for a recording film material of write-once read-many type optical disc with excellent stability, good recording sensitivity and corresponding to CD or CD-ROM and a disc. CONSTITUTION:In a CD or CD-ROM corresponding write-once read-many type optical disc consisting of a four-layer structure of a base sheet/ a recording film/ a reflective film layer/ a protective layer, the recording film is constituted of a specified phthalocyanone coloring matter.
