PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency, and save energy by a method wherein code information which is mark-displayed on an application paper is read, and the code information is printed as a code number of characters, marks and numerals, etc., in a code entry column on a delivery slip. CONSTITUTION:Various types of delivery information on an application paper which designates a plurality of addressees is read by an image scanner 21 as image information, and is stored in a buffer for input 22. Information to designate an addressee store code by a mark position is recognized by a code recognition unit 30 as an addressee store code, and the recognized addressee store code is stored in an internal buffer by a code control unit 30 while ranking according to the printed order of slips which correspond with a plurality of addressees, and is printed to be easily visible by a printer 24 as enlarged numerals and bar codes in a specified position on the slip which is assigned by an output position assigning unit 26, by an output instruction. |
