PURPOSE:To provide microscope for surgery requiring no hand to move a microscope body and surely securing the observation visual field during a moving action by making the observation pupil of the microscope body and the pupil of an observer coincident in advance, storing the position, detecting the drift between this position and the present pupil position of the observer, and moving the microscope body. CONSTITUTION:A pupil position detection section 5 for detecting the pupil position of an observer is constituted of the first moving body 6, the second moving body 7, the third moving body 8, and a headrest 9 fixed to the third moving body 8. A circuit driving and controlling the pupil position detection section 5 and a frame is constituted of a position detecting circuit 20 detecting the three-dimensional coordinates of the position of the headrest 9 from the rotation angle signals caused by the movement of moving bodies and outputting the signals, a memory 21 temporarily storing the coordinate signals of the headrest 9, and a displacement calculating circuit 23 calculating the displacement quantities between the signals stored in the memory 21 and the coordinate signals when the headrest 9 is moved thereafter. |
