PURPOSE:To carry out complete removal and cleaning after a liquid material to be treated is sterilized in a high-pressure container. CONSTITUTION:In a device for high-pressure treatment equipped with a high- pressure container 1 having a pressurizing chamber 7 capable of applying pressure with a pressure medium, a bottomed flexible wall member 8 isolating the pressure medium from a material 9 to be treated in the pressurizing chamber 7 and a supplying and discharging means 10 for feeding the material 9 to be treated from one end opening of the flexible wall member 8 to a treating chamber 8A in the flexible chamber 8 and taking out, the device is provided with an attitude changing means 17 for altering the attitude of the high-pressure container 1 to an attitude A for pressurizing the material 9 to be treated and an inclined attitude of tilting in the direction to discharge the treated material 9 from the treating chamber 8A in the flexible wall member 8. |
