ULTRASONIC INSPECTING METHOD FOR COMPOSITE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To eligibly discriminate and judge the nature of defects by inspecting non-destructively a composite material. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic waves transmitted from a probe 12a penetrates through an object 11 to be inspected and is received by a probe 12b so that the received wave form 17 is displayed on a CRT 16 of an ultrasonic flaw detector 15. The received waves are subjected to frequency analysis by a frequency analyzer 18, so that the frequency-analyzed wave form is displayed on the CRT 19.
