PURPOSE:To provide a heat transfer sheet wherein cohesive breakage at printing positions on a heat-meltable ink layer is stably generated and the printing density is uniform and a clear printing is possible after use for a lot of times. CONSTITUTION:A heat transfer sheet 1 is formed by using a heat-meltable ink contg. a wax ingredient, a supercooled ingredient being incompatible with this wax ingredient and a coloring agent and forming a heat-meltable ink layer 3 on a base material film 2. In this heat transfer sheet 1, cohesive breakage is surely generated at the supercooled ingrdient on printing to transfer a specified amt. of heat-meltable ink layer on a material to be transferred. |
