PURPOSE:To easily carry in and out a plate-like work to and from a working position without human aid in a state that a work is supported on a working pallet. CONSTITUTION:Plural plate-like works W are laminated on a stock pallet 3, and contained in multilayer in a stock containing station 1. By a pallet taking in/out mechanism 4, the stock pallet 3 is moved from the stock containing station 1 to an assembling station 5, and one piece of work W is assembled on a working pallet 11 from the stock pallet 3. By a pallet carrying conveyor 13, the working pallet 11 is moved from the assembling station 5 to a working station 14, and laser beam machining is performed to the work W on the working pallet 11. The working pallet 11 supporting the work W after working is moved from the working station 14 to a temporary placing/containing station 9 by the pallet carrying conveyor 13, and contained in multilayer in its temporary placing/containing station 9. |
