MICROCAPSULE CONTAINING FIBER AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase physical strength and the strength against high salt concn. and to obtain such microcapsule which can be used under load or high salt concn. and used for medicinal powder having slow-releasing property or intestinal solubility by incorporating fiber into beads using an alginic acid gel. CONSTITUTION:This microcapsule is a gel microcapsule containing fiber and consists of an alginic acid-coated gel containing a fiber component. This capsule is produced by mixing a fiber component with an aq. soln. of sodium alginate to obtain gel beads from the soln. containing the fiber component and then drying the gel beads.
