PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive composition having adhesive strengths such as peeling strength and bending strength, adhesion to oily surface, heat resistance and water resistance. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises an epoxy resin and (meth)acrylic ester polymer particles of a glass transition temperature of 20 deg.C or below obtained by emulsion-polymerizing a (meth)acrylic ester monomer in the presence of an emulsifier which is a reactive surfactant comprising a water-soluble or water-dispersible alkyl-terminated polymer having an acid value of 200 or above and obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer component essentially consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid in the presence of a 6-18C alkylmercaptan and/or its salt. |
