PURPOSE:To mix easily and uniformly a metallic-ion-cross-linked polymer powder with a composite material such as a reinforcement by mixing a specified composite material with at least either a solution of the starting materials for a polymer cross-linkable with metallic ions or a solution of the metallic ions, combining and reacting both solutions, and drying the formed deposit. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous or powdery composite material is dispersed in at least either a solution of the starting materials for a polymer cross-linkable with metallic ions or a solution of the metallic ions, and both the solutions are combined and reacted with each other while supplementing the composite material to deposit a metallic-ion-cross-linked polymer. The formed deposit is separated and dried to obtain the purpose polymer powder containing 3-70vol.% uniformly dispersed fibrous or powdery composite material. |
