摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the novel glutamic acid receptor of NMDA type bearing the inflow of Ca<2+> at the time of high frequency stimulation. CONSTITUTION:A glutamic acid receptor having an amino acid sequence of the formula. The objective glutamic acid receptor is obtained by the steps of conjugating a CDNA coding the objective glutamic acid receptor to the downstream of the promoter of an expression plasmid for animal cells; transforming a host cell such as a CHO cell with the plasmid; and subsequently allowing to express the the CDAN in the host cell.
