PURPOSE:To prevent the inrush of a position point detector to a final edge floor when being broken, when the position at present is recognized by a discontinuous plate installed in an elevator shaft during the traveling of an elevator cage, as for a controller for the elevator. CONSTITUTION:The relation between the pulse of a pulse generator 6 installed on an electric motor 5 and the position point signal supplied from a position point detector 9 is memorized previously in a position point information memory circuit 14, and when the difference from the contents memorized is detected during traveling, it is judged that anomaly is generated, and an elevator cage 1 is brought into stop emergently. |
