PURPOSE:To simply and effectively assemble heat transfer tubes and netted fins and to improve an assembling operability by connecting by pressure contact connecting flanges of a pair of tube forming members from outside of the many laminated fins. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger has many heat transfer tubes 1 arranged in parallel, and many netted fins 2 connected axially in parallel to the tubes 1. In this case, the each tube 1 is made up of a pair of tube forming members 4, 4. The members 4, 4 are formed in split cylindrical states, connecting flanges 4a, 4b extended in a direction perpendicular to an axial center are attached to their open ends, and connected in pressure contact from outside the fins 2. Thus, assembling of the tubes 1 and the fins 2 are simply and effectively conducted. Parts of the fins 2 are retained in the tubes 1 to form fins 5 in the tube. |
