PURPOSE:To enhance detection sensitivity of angular speed by facilitating regulation of resonance frequency in each direction of an oscillator while enhancing regulation accuracy. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric elements 2, 3, 4 are stuck onto three side faces of an oscillating body 1 having polygonal cross-section to constitute an oscillator 5 and piezoelectric elements 2a, 3a, 4a for regulation are stuck on respective side faces thereof. The piezoelectric elements 2a, 3a, 4a for regulation are grounded through variable resistors 12, 13, 14. |
