PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food by immobilizing thready green algae within a water channel and by allowing a culture solution to flow down circulatively along the channel under light irradiation to favorably make a culture of the algae. CONSTITUTION:A culture tank 1 is partitioned by a partition wall 2, thready green algae g are immobilized within a water channel where a culture solution is allowed to flow in the arrow direction, and carbon dioxide from a diffuser 3 is dissolved in the culture solution. Rays of light is irradiated through the upper surface of the partition wall to carry out photosynthesis, and the resulting grown thready green algae are cut, gathered, and dehydrated to dryness into the objective food. |
