<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the infiltration of oil into the friction face by providing a cover jointed to the anti-friction face of an armature, a circlip for locking a bearing to a boss part, an extended part formed at the lower part of the circlip, and an oil thrower part formed by bending the extended part. CONSTITUTION:When oil leaks out of the shaft seal 12 of a compressor during the operation or stop of the compressor, the leakage oil passes through an extended part 33a formed at a second circlip 33 from the inner peripheral part of the boss part 11a of a housing and drips onto a ring shape cover 25, jointed to the anti-friction face side 24a of an armature 24 and provided with an oil guide part 25a at the inner peripheral part, from an oil thrower part 33b as shown by a two-dot chain line (b). The oil flows to the outer peripheral part of the cover 25 along the cover 25 and flows outside of an electromagnetic clutch 10 from a cylinder part 25b formed at the outer peripheral end of the cover 25. The oil can be thereby prevented from infiltrating into the friction face with the simple structure of the circlip itself.</p> |
