PURPOSE: To provide a press machine and method equipped with a related perforation die and molding a plastic film, especially, a polypropylene film and a thin metal foil in a normal temp. state not shrinking a deep-drawn material when a molding punch is detached. CONSTITUTION: In a press machine equipped with a molding punch 1 for performing the normal molding of a film 3 without preheating the film, the molding punch 1 has an inner cavity 8 connected to the outside atmosphere by one or more lateral bore 9 and is engaged with a perforation die 4 and the perforation diameter of the perforation die 4 coincides with the outer diameter of the molding punch 1. |
