SYNTHETIC FIBER WOVEN OR KNITTED FABRIC IMPROVED IN HYGROSCOPICITY

PURPOSE:To obtain a polyester fiber woven or knitted fabric holding advantages of polyester fiber and further cold feeling, hygroscopicity and water absorptivity together. CONSTITUTION:The synthetic fiber woven or knitted fabric is obtained by impregnating a natural protein into at least part of micropores having 0.001-10mum diameter and their length of 50 or less times the diameter and scattered in the whole cross section, and part of the micropores mutually communicate in the woven or knitted fabric having the micropores, cross-linking and insolubilizing the protein.
