PURPOSE: To deburr even the bore edge of noncircular shape by improving a deburring tool with tilt blade so that the tilt blade can be tilted in a slight wearing phenomenon and the tilt blade can perform a definite small oscillating motion within the range of its operating motion. CONSTITUTION: This deburring tool with tilt blade for deburring bore edges, when the tilt blade 1 passes through the hole in the vertical direction, enters turningly inside a tool holder. A locking device therefor is provided to form as a bar spring 12, and is engaged with the curvelike recess 5 at the outer periphery of the deburring blade 1 or the tool holder, and the deburring blade 1 or the tool holder is supported by a tilt bolt of the body. |
