PURPOSE:To make the number of the rows of metal wires in respective stages same and to enable lamination arrangement stabilized in the desired number of the rows and stages of the metal wires by a method wherein an unvulcanized bead core formed so that the number of the rows of the metal wires becomes same is molded and partially vulcanized in the state held in a recessed part to be taken out. CONSTITUTION:An annular recessed part 2 consists of the surface of a bottom part 3 and the surfaces of the side wall parts 4, 5 extending from both side end parts of the bottom part 3 to be opposed to each other. The surface of the bottom part 3 occupies a first diameter and a second diameter smaller than the first diameter. Either one of the side wall parts 4, 5 is divided into a plurality of parts on the circumference of a circle and the respective divided parts are made revolvable up to the position equal to or less than the diameter of the surface of the bottom part 3 in the second diameter. Herein, the surface of the bottom part 3 of a molding frame 1 is set to the first diameter to mold an unvulcanized bead core. The surface of the bottom part 3 is reduced to the second diameter after partial vulcanization and the respective divided side wall parts 4, 5 are revolved to the position of the diameter or less of the surface of the bottom part to take out a bead core. |
