PURPOSE:To break only the cell walls of malignant cells, kill the malignant cells specifically, realize the safe and sure sterilization by generating ultrasonic waves while the convergent point of the ultrasonic waves is located on the malignant cells, and generating an acoustic current in the fluid in the cells. CONSTITUTION:The radiation face 2 of a vibration matching body 1 formed with an acoustic lens is formed into a spherical concave face having the preset curvature, and a ultrasonic vibrator 3 is fixed on the opposite side to the radiation face 2. An oscillator 4 is connected to the ultrasonic vibrator 3, the oscillator 4 is driven, and a convergent point C is formed on the radiation side of the radiation face 2. The sound pressure is abruptly increased and abruptly damped at the convergent point C. When an object to be sterilized is put at the convergent point C, an acoustic current is generated in the fluid in cells by the abrupt sound pressure change at the convergent point C. When malignant cells of phthogenic bacteria in a benign cell are located at the convergent point C, cell walls are broken by the acoustic current, the malignant cells are killed, i.e., sterilization is applied. |
