PURPOSE:To provide a pneumatic tire with which riding comfort is improved without reducing steering stability. CONSTITUTION:In a pneumatic radial tire which is mounted on a wheel having asymmetrical structure, which is offset to the outside face of the wheel, and comprises a plural number of belt cover layers 6 covering the outer circumferential side of a belt layer 5 set in the tread 1 of the tire, mean position of the cross directional centers of the belt cover layers 6 is offset in the opposite direction B to the wheel offset side, for the separation distance Si between the means position of the cross directional centers of the belt cover layers 6 and the equator of the tire, and ratio E/w of the eccentric distance E to the tread ground contact width w is made to be 0.05-0.13. |
