CONSTITUTION:The flow ratios of ores and gas, the flow ratios of ores and coke, the flow of coke flowing out from the position where the ores begin to melt and the ideal flow distribution of the coke flowing out to the front of tuyeres are calculated from the actual values of the gas temperatures and gas components in the radial positions of the shaft upper part of the blast furnace, the amount and components of the gas blasted from the tuyeres and the components of the charge coke and ores and based on these values, the index showing the contact degree of the ore and gas in the shaft part and the flow index of the coke to raceways are calculated when either of the two indices exceeds the threshold value having beforehand been set, the distribution control of the descending materials is so performed as to return the value within the specified one. |
