PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a cave excavator used for digging a cave in underground installation and various crossing construction such as sewarage, waterworks, a telephone cable, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a cave hole excavator, in which a cylindrical tuyere 16 is arranged to the front section of a pipe body 14 pushed in after a sealing material 12 is disposed into a cave hole 11 through a partition wall 15 and a rotary cutter 25 is arranged on the front side of the cylindrical tuyere 16, a water conveyance 41 from a water pump 40 is branched into two, and one is made to communicate with the first discharge opening 43 of the partition wall 15 through a first conveyance 42. The other is made to communicate with a second discharge opening 45 in the circumferential wall of the pipe body 14 near the partition wall 15 through a second water conveyance 44, and flow control valves 46, 47 are installed to the first water conveyance 43 and the second water conveyance 44 respectively, and a drainage canal 48 communicating with the outside of the cave 11 is mounted to the lower section of the partition wall 15. |
