FOAMED CORE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a foamed core material wherein the compression characteristics and expansion rate of a foamed molded object are enhanced. CONSTITUTION:A foaming agent is mixed with pellets consisting of a polycarbonate resin and hollow glass heads and the resulting mixture is subjected to injection molding to mold a foamed molded object. The compression strength and expansion rate (limit expansion rate) of the obtained foamed molded object show high values by the filling with hollow glass beads.
