PURPOSE: To install in a simple way a fuel supply component in an internal combustion engine by installing the fuel supply component including various elements in a bracket with installation of the bracket in a crankcase cover. CONSTITUTION: An internal combustion engine 11 includes an engine block 13 that defines two blanks 15, 17 of a cylinder, and a crankcase cover 21 is mounted on installation surface 23 of the engine block 13. A crankcase 25 and a crankshaft 27 are installed in its interior. The internal combustion engine 11 is further equipped with a fuel supply system 51 that includes a fuel supply component assembly 53 for supplying fuel to two carburetors 41, 43. The fuel supply component assembly 53 has an installation bracket 55 for supporting more than one of a fuel filter, a fuel vapor separator, a fuel vapor pump, a fuel pump, an oil pump, a primer fuel control valve, and a vacuum switch. The installation bracket 55 is supported on the crankcase cover 21.
