The composition contains 10-30 wt.% against the total amount of the oiling composition of the modified silicone compound; which is added with thiophene carboxylic acid compound that is added with alkylene oxide shown in formula (I) (where R1,R2,R'1,R'2 are alkyl group or hydroxy alkyl group, R3 is alkyl group, R4 is alkyl or alkenyl group with carbon no. of 4-15, 2 <= m+n <= 15, 0.25 <= n/m <= 1) and used as a lubricant composition along with a conventional antistatic agent or emulsifier. The oiling composition containing the above composition retards the formation of tar, prevents smoke-generation when the synthetic fiber treated with this composition is subject to heat-treatment and shows excellent lubricating and antistatic properties.
