The composition contains 8-25 wt.% against the total amount of oiling component of hetero-cyclethio compound having hydroxyl groups which is added with alkylene oxide shown in formula (I) (where m: 1-2, 4 a+b 20, 0.2 b/a 1), and used as a lubricating agent along with conventional antistatic agents and emulsifiers. The oiling composition containing the composition provides good lubricating property to the fiber and also prevents smoke-generation or tar-formation when the thermoplastic synthetic fiber is subject to heat-treatment at high temperature because of its excellent heat-resistant property.
