REPEATING DNA SEQUENCE ORIGINATED FROM CORYNEFORM BACTERIUM

摘要

PURPOSE:To constantly produce a substance such as an amino acid by stably holding an useful foreign gene on the chromosome of a Coryneform bacterium. CONSTITUTION:A repeating sequence existing in the chromosome DNA of a Coryneform bacterium is isolated and subsequently subjected together wi th a foreign DNA sequence to a homologous recombination to stably hold the foreign DNA sequence on the chromosome.
