The device receives the coded and compressed voice signals, changes the codes through pulse code modulation, and loads them to the specified time slot, thus it enables to transmit several messages to many subscriber simultaneously. The device comprises a receiving matching means (210) which receives control signal and voice data (DX), four code changing means (220,230,240,250) which cange the DX to PCM data, clock distributing means (260) which generates a time slot setting signal, and a transmission buffer means (27).
