The system for auto-responding and calling in telephone system performs the steps of inputting password, checking calling signal, sending the message for out-going if a calling signal is detected, recording autio signal after 5 seconds and turning off the line if the password is not received, and sending the recording data if the password is received, thereby providing the function to confirm the received message outdoor.
