HIGH FREQUENCY CIRCUIT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To ensure a function at a designing stage in response to each purpose by specifying the length of a transmission line including an electronic parts based on the wavelength of the signal transmitted through the transmission line of a high frequency circuit distributing board. CONSTITUTION:A transmission line 2 is screen-printed with copper paste on the main surface of an insulated board 1. A chip capacitor 6 and a semiconductor element 7 are provided on the line 2. Thus a desired high frequency circuit is obtained. The signal transmitted through the line 2 is selectively set at lambda/2 at the ratio contracted with transmission through the line 2 and based on the wavelength lambda. In such a constitution of the high frequency circuit, the line 2 is branched into plural pieces and the circuit blocks of each desired function are connected together in many stages. In this respect, (n) is properly set so that a prescribed relation is satisfied. Thus the reflection coefficient can be reduced. Therefore a function is always and easily ensured in response to each purpose at a designing or manufacturing stage.
