PURPOSE:To improve the strength and lubricity without impairing the assembling property by providing multiple ribs capable of coupling with an internal-tooth gear on the outer periphery of a carrier, and forming slant sections guiding a lubricant to the inside of a differential gear case on the outer peripheries of the ribs. CONSTITUTION:The driving force inputted to a differential gear case 1 rotates a right wheel via planetary gears 15, 17 from an internal-tooth gear 11 and via a hub 9 from a carrier 21 and rotates a left wheel via a hub 7 from a sun gear 13. When a drive resistance difference occurs between the right and left wheels, the driving force is differentially distributed between the right and left wheels by the rotation and revolution of the planetary gears 15, 17. The lubricant flowing in from the lubricant inflow port 3 of the differential gear case 1 during the drive is guided to the internal-tooth gear 11 side by the guidance of slant sections 31 of ribs 29 on the outer periphery of the carrier 21 and the rejecting effect of space sections between the ribs 29, and it flows out from an outflow port 5 after lubricating various sections. When an expected planetary gear assembly is assembled into the differential gear case 1, the teeth of the ribs 29 are coupled with the internal-tooth gear 11 and moved in the axial direction. The assembling property is not impaired.
