This system enables to monitor whether the desired message is inputted or outputted after listening the analog signal or the PCM data. This system consists of a control data latch means (110), which latches the time slot control data (D1-D7), a time slot control means (120), which generates the time slot control signal, a PCM code/decode means (130), which converts the PCM data to the analog signal, or converts the analog signal to the PCM data, a matching means (140), which matches the analog signal to the tape recorder and the handset.
