PURPOSE:To simplify initialization by using a card where an answer to a visit is marked or punched, reading data out of the card, and setting an item. CONSTITUTION:This method consists of a CPU 1, a program ROM 2, a RAM 3 as a work memory, and a writable E<2>ROM4 as a setting data ROM, and initial values of about 30 kinds of setting item data regarding working patterns, etc., are written. The data are reset corresponding to user's working patterns. A data RAM 5 is used to rewrite the data in the setting data ROM 4 and uses a backup battery for power failure compensation. An I/O port 6 performs input/output control over a card reader 7, a printer 8, a keyboard 9, a timer 10, a display part D, etc. Then a setting index card and a setting card are used to set setting items corresponding to the working patterns. |
