PURPOSE:To relieve the load on traffic control by forming a system of a relay station management center, a relay station having functions of a master relay station and slave relay stations in a relay station group connecting to a communication network. CONSTITUTION:In the system providing the communication between mobile terminals carried by the users and between a mobile terminal equipment 6 and an existing terminal equipment 7 connecting to a communication network 1, each slave relay station 5 in a relay station group 3 implementing radio communication with the mobile terminal 6 and making transmission reception via the communication network 1 informs data in the operating state to a master relay station 4 monitoring a slave relay station (1) 5 via a line (1), the communication network 1 and a line (2). Furthermore, the master relay station informs the data in the operating state to a relay station management center 2 via the line (2), the communication network 1 and a line A. Similarly only the master relay station of each relay station group informs the operating state of the slave relay station in each relay station group to the relay station management center 2 via each line, the communication network 1 and the line A. |
