PURPOSE:To suppress decoded voice quality degradation caused by transmission error concerning the decoding method for code excitation linear predictive encoding. CONSTITUTION:Transmitted codes from a transmission line are passed through an error correction circuit 30, the voice encoding information of respective frames in the past, present and future is stored in a buffer 31, and the code error detection information of respective frames in the past, present and future is stored in a buffer 34. Based on the code error detection information in the buffer 34, an error state managing part 35 sets an error state flag. Based on this error state flag, a parameter decoding part 32 interpolates and recovers linear predictive parameters, power parameters, pitch cycles and sound source gain parameters stored in the buffer 31. Further, the parameter of a post filter is changed by the error state flag by a voice decoder 33. |
