<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of information in an optical module by providing the protection case, which contains the optical information recording carrier so that it can be taken out, with an information storage means. CONSTITUTION:The protection case 15 is provided with the IC module 3. This protection case 15 is formed of plastic and protects the optical card 16 put in it so that its optical stripe 12 is not flawed from the outside. The optical card 16 when used is taken out of the protection case 15, but the IC module 3 when used is loaded in an IC module reader writer while the optical card 16 is put in the protection case 15 as it is. Consequently, when the IC module 3 is used, the optical card 16 is never flawed, which is advantageous in the protection of the optical module of the optical card 16 as compared with a compound which has an IC module 3 embedded in an optical card 16.</p> |
